This workshop will address several questions:
how does one identify in a new setting the stakeholders who have to be satisfied that patient feedback has real value?
what partnerships actually enhance the prospects of success in strategies for obtaining and using patient feedback results?
what local factors become important in refining and implementing existing instruments, or developing new instruments, for patient feedback?
how can patient feedback be used within a research and learning framework for stakeholders?
what creative possibilities are emerging or could be conceptualised for the next generation for patient feedback activities?
The workshop will be provided with materials on patient feedback experience in Ireland, New Zealand and Australia. There will be a brief introduction and orientation for participants followed by small group activities, feedback and synthesis.
