The study bases on the report of the tutor experience in the boarding school, in the professional development aspect. The need of the professional to report its experience and the advantages acquired in the relationship tutor-internal-community and the relationship doctor/patient student. To oppose the idea that apprenticeships harm the time and space in the work process. It was enable time and space so that the interns could develop autonomy with flexibility, but always with supervision.

Every case was discussed, being the most difficult used as substratum of posterior discussions for mutual learning, doctor and student. There was always the adaptation to the needs of the service and the community, without damage the learning.

About 02 to 03 months of direct supervision, it was possible to verify the autonomy development and learning attached to the students. There was an increase of the amount of attendance per unit of time. Yet the permanent contact with the academic centre, by the students, allowed the doctor to be always modernized. All that guaranteed attendance without damage in the quality. The good relationship among tutor -student, developed the autonomy and safety to the future professionals that are bases for a good relationship doctor patient.

There are gain as for the process of the doctor´s work as in its professional excellence in the tutor boarding school. Intends amplification of the discussions and change of experiences along the time
