Dr Tara Kiran will set some context on the Canadian system and then review OurCare. OurCare is Canada’s largest public engagement initiative on the future of primary care, which has shaped policy direction in multiple provinces and informed Ontario’s Primary Care Act. She will cover what the initiative did, what patients told them, and how it has influenced policy and the work they are continuing to do to try and advance reforms.
