Following the resounding success of its inaugural edition, the 2nd Cardiovascular, Renal, Metabolic, Liver, and Obesity (CaReMeLO) Conference returns on 30–31 May 2025 in Warsaw, Poland, and online, continuing its mission to revolutionize the management of complex, interrelated chronic diseases through multidisciplinary collaboration and cutting-edge innovation.

CaReMeLO 2025 is designed to empower family physicians, general practitioners, and a wide spectrum of healthcare professionals. At its core lies an urgent recognition: today’s patients rarely present with a single isolated disease. The intersection of cardiometabolic dysfunction, renal impairment, liver disease, and obesity demands a more integrated, systemic approach to care. 

This year’s program reflects the escalating global burden of these syndromes and the pressing need to reshape clinical practice.
