We are pleased to inform you that the Aging Research Center of Karolinska Institutet and the University of Exeter Medical School are organizing the International Symposium “Multimorbidity research at the cross-roads: developing the evidence for clinical practice and health policy” in Stockholm, Nobel Forum, May 21st-22nd 2018, in collaboration with the Journal of Internal Medicine (JIM) and the International Network for Research on Multimorbidity “Threads & Yearns”.
Given the potential interest of WONCA Europe on the topic, we would appreciate it if you could help us to disseminate the event among WONCA Europe members and maybe to add the link to their website.
