in which Primary Care holds a central role.

Plenary sessions will promote discussion and reflection on promising and innovative approaches in the field, including evidence of effective strategies for use in Primary Care.
The conference will also serve as an international knowledge networking forum for Primary Care physicians interested in prevention, bringing together key experts from around the globe.
