Answer a survey on a blood disorder and win a Samsung Galaxy® tablet!

ARE YOU A GP/GP IN TRAINING?

Do you have 10 minutes to answer a survey on a blood disorder? You could win a Samsung Galaxy® tablet!

Researchers at Queen’s University Belfast are interested in exploring GP/Family Physician (& trainee) awareness and knowledge of a blood disorder called monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS).  Never heard of MGUS? – We still want to hear from you!

To participate, all you need to do is answer a short survey based on your own experience as a GP/Family Physician or GP/Family Physician trainee. The findings will be published in a peer-reviewed medical/scientific journal and used to inform future service provisions for MGUS patients.

All survey responses are anonymous and it will not be possible to identify you from any of the information provided in the survey.
