Dear colleagues of the WONCA Europe Member Organisation,
WONCA Europe Council endorsed the plan for WONCA Europe Scholarship at the Council meeting on the 27th of June 2017 in Prague (you can find the scholarship plan attached to this email).
The first step for its implementation is the formation of the Scholarship Committee.
The Scholarship Committee is composed of:
a) the President Elect of WONCA Europe (chair);
b) the Vasco da Gama Movement representative in the WONCA Europe Executive Board, and;
c) three representatives from Member Organisations.
In addition, Zalika Klemenc Ketiš will act as an advisor to the committee for the first three years. The term of the Scholarship Committee is three years; each member may serve for up to two terms.
Please note that this call regards ONLY the Scholarship Commitee. The Scholarship programme will open in 2018 and a specific announcement will be published on our website.
The deadline for nominations has been extended: send the application with a short CV and a letter of support from your Member Organisation by 18th December 2017.
You are kindly invited to submit nominations by email to the WONCA Europe Secretariat at SecretariatEurope@wonca.net. The applications will be reviewed by the WONCA Europe Executive Board and three candidates will be selected and appointed.
