VIRTUAL ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FOR THE 66TH EQuiP LINZ CONFERENCE
Did you know you can submit an abstract for a virtual e-Poster at the 66th EQuiP Conference, taking place in Linz, Austria, from 8–10 May 2025?
A special registration rate is available for e-Poster presenters who will not attend in person.
The abstract submission deadline has been extended to 20 February 2025. Beside e-Poster submission you can also submit abstract for Oral Presentations, Workshop, Poster Presentation.
Conference Theme
This year’s theme, "Quality and Safety in Family Medicine: The Impact of Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence," explores how digitalization and AI are transforming healthcare—enhancing patient care, improving safety, and streamlining processes in family medicine.
In addition to this focus, the conference will cover key EQuiP topics such as Professional Health, Planetary Health, and Quality of Care.
Abstract Submission
We invite you to submit abstracts for the following presentation formats:
Oral Presentation: Presentations will be 5 minutes long, including Q&A. This format is ideal for presenting new projects or processes in a structured, clear way. We encourage the use of animated slides. Methodologically complex contributions or result discussions are better suited for other formats.
Workshop: Workshops will be 60 minutes and include multiple presentations along with interactive activities. We recommend keeping introductions and presentations brief (5–10 minutes) to maximise time for delegate interaction, including group work and open discussions. Workshops are also an excellent opportunity to explore differences in healthcare systems and train practical skills.
Poster Presentation: Posters will be displayed during the conference, and authors are invited to present their work during the Poster Walk on Friday 16:00–17:00.
ePoster: ePosters are submitted digitally and will be displayed on the EQuiP website. These will not be presented orally, but a discussion area will allow delegates and authors to interact. Only registered delegates will have their ePosters displayed. The virtual poster hall will open when the conference begins.
