The World Health Organization (WHO) Regional Office for Europe has released the seventh edition of the Evidence into Action Alcohol (EVID-ACTION) project newsletter.
In the past three months they have placed emphasis on Youth Alcohol Network which has expanded its membership and attended capacity building workshops on how to engage with policymakers.

This edition also features the WHO and the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) first webinar of a 4-part-series exploring how alcohol policy interventions reduce alcohol consumption and, ultimately, cancer risk.
Moreover, it emphasises the new engaging WHO/Europe resource package, focused on reducing alcohol-related harm through more effective pricing policies, published on 21 May 2025
