This crucial meeting brought together leaders from:
- European General Practice Research Network (EGPRN)
- European Association for Quality and Patient Safety in General Practice/Family Medicine (EQUIP)
- European Rural and Isolated Practitioners Association (EURIPA)
- European Network on Prevention and Health Promotion in Family Medicine and General Practice (EUROPREV)
- European Academy of Teachers in General Practice (EURACT)
- European Young Family Doctors Movement (EYFDM)
The networks, whose annual reports were noted by the WE Council 2025 the day before, each had the opportunity to present their accomplishments, highlight their contributions to the ongoing World Conference, and share their requests for future support from WONCA Europe.
The WE Executive Board reaffirmed its commitment to the networks, inviting them to attend the WW Conference 2025 WE Open Session and enjoy the joint WONCA Europe networks and Special Interest Group (SIG) booth. Furthermore, the Board once again offered the full support of the WONCA Europe newsletter and social media channels to help publicise their activities and upcoming events.
This fruitful discussion underscores the collective effort to advance General Practice/Family Medicine across Europe and beyond.
