President’s Corner
Dear colleagues,
I am delighted to welcome you to this WONCA Europe monthly newsletter edition. At WONCA Europe, we remain committed to fostering collaboration, innovation, and education to enhance the quality of care we provide to our communities.
I am pleased to announce that we are currently actively engaged in four EU projects, reflecting our strong commitment to driving meaningful impact in family medicine. We have recently received positive responses regarding our participation in two more projects, which will further enhance our ability to influence healthcare policy and practice at the European level.
I also expect to meet each of you at our upcoming annual conference in Dublin. This event promises to be an inspiring gathering of minds, offering a unique opportunity to connect with colleagues, share insights, and explore the latest advancements in our field. We are working hard in the last preparations to have an exceptional event.
In this issue, we highlight some of the remarkable work our member organizations, networks, and SIGs do and explore upcoming events and opportunities for professional growth. Our shared mission to improve the health and well-being of our patients remains at the forefront of all our endeavors.
As we continue our important work, I wish each of you a restful and enjoyable summer vacation. This time of year offers a chance to recharge and spend quality time with loved ones, and I hope you all return refreshed and ready for the exciting opportunities ahead.
