President’s Corner
Dear colleagues,
We are pleased to announce the establishment of the Regional Equity Committee, a two-year standing committee approved by the WONCA Europe Council in Dublin. The committee will focus on advancing equity initiatives across our region, bringing diverse perspectives and expertise. Thomas Frese, the President-Elect, has been appointed as the committee chair, and the following nominations were received and accepted by the EB: Nina Monteiro, Portugal; Nick Mamo, UK; and Yael Livni Gillerman, Israel.
As usual, the last month was very active and fruitful for the executive board, and our members represented WONCA Europe in conferences, webinars, and collaborative projects.
