In this episode of the talk show we will discuss the network approach in primary health care with health managers, practitioners and WHO representatives.
Primary care networks have proven to be beneficial for population health management as they increase access to an extended range of services through commonly shared available resources. Networks provide opportunities for integration of PHC with public health, social services, and connection with other services provided by community and/or NGOs, overall contributing to the improved population health management. Networked approaches can sustain a wider range of services with greater continuity across the full spectrum of care thanks to the possibility of sharing human and material resources.
