IPCRG/AstraZeneca summit: Making Right Care Easy

Asthma Right Care aims to apply the evidence of social movements for health to gain acceptance globally that we have problems to solve in the management of asthma in primary care and then to gain commitment to change, at scale. To roll out the movement to more countries and more parts of the system, we need more Asthma Right Care champions. With the support of AstraZeneca, we organised a meeting of potential champions from the Middle East and Africa, Latin America and Asia to explore the barriers and enablers to delivering Right Care. Read on to find out the contents of what was discussed and our plans for the pre-meeting survey of our participants.

IPCRG at ERS International Congress 2023

With thanks to the European Respiratory Society, we were able to have a prominent stand at the World Village. We offered copies of many of our desktop helpers, COPD Wheels and Asthma Right Care resources, and had good conversations with new and longstanding colleagues. Thanks to all those who took turns on the stand! Meanwhile, IPCRG colleagues chaired well-attended primary care sessions including important themes of tobacco control and air pollution. We presented our work on the iQ&A programme and the new Puzzling Journey of Asthma Diagnosis.
