Dr Pavlo Kolesnyk, who has successfully created an international clinic for refugees in Uzhhorod, Ukraine, is now planning to build an online platform to educate the patients within his hometown and all over Ukraine. He hopes that provided that they have necessary support and high quality assistance from the international experts, they can create a successful blogging website where the patients can get educated.
