The Vasco da Gama Movement has started a new project: VdGM Bridge Project. It's goal is to connect young doctors to encourage dialogue among young doctors and focus on differences and similarities in work situations and personal growth. The program will be 6 months long. The project coordinators will match young doctors in groups for them to talk about a self-chosen topic they are interested in. Learning objectives are discussed and at the end there will be a self-created product (presentation, video, workshop or what else the group wants) in order to present their achievements.
