WONCA Europe announces call for nominations for the "WONCA Europe Award for Excellence in Health Care: The 5 star Doctor 2016".

Nominations should be submitted on the attached form (which has to be filled in completely) before February 1st, 2016 to: WONCA Europe Secretariat: SecretariatEurope@wonca.net.
Applications that arrive after February 1st, 2016 will not be considered.
The 2016 WONCA Europe 5 star Doctor Award will be presented at the WONCA Europe Conference in Copenhagen, 15 – 18 June 2016.
