WONCA Europe invites nominations for the "WONCA Europe Award for Excellence in Health Care: The 5 Star Doctor 2017".
The 2017 WONCA Europe 5 Star Doctor will be presented at the WONCA Europe Conference in Prague, June 28 – July 1. The winner will be the European candidate for the WONCA World Award of 2018 in Seoul.

Nominations should be submitted on the enclosed form before February 28th, 2017 to: SecretariatEurope@wonca.net.
The 5 Star Doctor will be notified by April 1st, 2017.
