Dear colleagues,

It is spring in Europe and we are two months before the next WONCA Europe Conference at London. Don't forget to register and plan your traveling to join this meeting! There will be high quality presentations and colleagues from the European GP/FM-community which are all looking forward to this first physical meeting since 2019.

The current newsletter contains information regarding upcoming events and actual guidelines. So far it seems to be a usual newsletter. However, we should not forget that there is war in Europe and there are colleagues and other people from Ukraine which need our support. So please check what you have done so far and provide further support - this is of crucial importance. Have a look at the respective information from Dr. Pavlo Kolesnyk!

The WONCA Europe president’s corner

Dear colleagues,

I am honored to write the president's corner for the 20th issue of our newsletter.

It was my initiative as president elect, to enhance the ongoing interaction between the Executive board and the member organizations and networks. We started with giving each MO , network and SIG the opportunity to present itself and its activities. During the COVID pandemic, when we stopped to meet each other face to face it became an essential part of the continuity and vitality of our organization. The newsletter gained popularity and we have many thousands of readers that get our monthly newsletter directly or via their MO.

We will continue with this way to update our members directly and transparently and we are also looking forward  to your active involvement.
