Dear colleagues,
The certainty of living on a mainly peaceful continent was destroyed by Putin's attack on Ukraine. This brings a deep sadness to our hearts. Our sympathy goes out to the Ukrainian people and our thoughts are with those who stand for their own and perhaps our freedom. Let us together support those affected and alleviate suffering! We have to take any effort to provide aid to the weakest!

The WONCA Europe president’s cornerDear colleagues, We are sending our condolences to our Spanish members after the unexpected death of Dr. Salvador Tranche, a family doctor at the Cristo health center, and president of the Spanish Society of Family and Community Medicine (SEMFYC), a position he had held since 2016. Dr. Salvador Tranche was dedicated to primary health care/general practice and was highly regarded by his colleagues. Our deepest sympathy goes to Dr. Tranche’s family in this time of grief.
